Care Compare covers states that use the federal ACA Marketplace (healthcare.gov) - roughly 30+ states. Plan data is pulled in real time from the CMS Marketplace API, so there's no stale data and no manual imports.
States that run their own exchanges - California, New York, Colorado, Washington, and several others - are not yet supported. Extending to state exchanges is on the roadmap.
